Had a hard time getting into a rhythm and did not drink enough. I didn't have time to drive the whole course the morning of the race and some hills surprised me that shouldn't have.

Hot. I came off the bike without enough fluid and my stomach cramped. This was the longest run-WALK in the history of my world. I was glad to have finished.
