Comments:

Wind was blowing a steady 20+ mph and I got stuck without anyone to work with so I had to go it alone. My legs were also feeling tired from the weekend training so I just settled into a spot and held my position. I wasn't really running it as a race the last mile...I knew it wasn't a PR type of day and the top 3 guys were well out of reach.
