I can't believe this.  I have had this race planned since I missed last year's and now it's too late.  I had no idea it fills up this fast.  Son of a *****.  I'm really ticked off at myself.

yeah. It fills up in days. This year though was really really fast compared to last year. I warned you all though. You can still buy a spot on ebay but they are min of $100 and people are paying. It goes to there charity which is to help out runners.

I saw those.  That's insane.  I know it's for a good cause but I can barely afford my race schedule as it is.  Nah, I'll skip it or maybe go jockstrap it with some other BT'ers.  I wanted to make room in my schedule for the St Charles half marathon anyway so now there is room.  Flat St Charles offers a much better chance of qualifying for Corral B for the Chicago Marathon than hilly Cary.

What's Coral B?

You might try Craigslist closer to the race date....somebody might have a cancellation...

Have you done St Charles?  I signed up but have never done it, would be curious to hear about the course and how difficult it is-and I scare easily when it comes to Half-marathons, so don't tell me lots of gory details if there are any ...LOL.

Well I want to sign up for St Charles also. I ahve a cousin who lives there and his son ran it last year and I think it would be cool to run it and then have lunch with him or something.

Coral B is good. its means you get to start near the head of the pack and not have to have people like me in his way. not that I start up front. I got video proof from Chicago 2005 that I was at end when I was on TV.
