I ran with two friends, we agreed to stay together and take the plunge into Lake Washington together. Dana and I talked the whole time and Vinette focused on the race and kept us going in the right direction.

Warm down:

Walked around in dripping wet clothes for a few minutes, then changed into dry clothes

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Skiing yesterday.

Enjoyed the Skinny Dip beer at the end of the race!
