Comments:

Didn't pay too close attention to my form. I was too busy yapping with Colleen and taking photos. I did try to engage my core and relax my ankles. We did a consistant 11 min mile for the first 3 miles. Then Colleen needed a walking break for 1/4 mile. We ran the rest at about the same pace. I bet I could have gone a lot faster if I was trying to race it.
My left hip and right inside shin hurt after race.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. It was a beautiful day and a lot of fun.
Post race
Warm down:

Water, stretch and walk around.

Nice turkey trot!  I did this event in 2005 in snow and 35pm winds.  They only let us run about a mile.  Too bad I wasn't in town this past Thanksgiving.  You all had MUCH better weather!!!!!

Thanks for the RR.  It's nice hearing it was a good event in '06.
