breathe. My son caught up with me and asked me to go get him some food. I secretely told him to fuck off. I'm trying to catch my breath here, dude! Can't you at least wait a few minutes???!!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I"m fat and slow.

Event comments:

love this race. love my club. now we're donw with Scouts I can do more speed work at the track wth them. I've done this race two years and haven't improved much. ugh. Ony two seconds faster than last year. man, I suck.

Nice race!  I'll take your current speed any day.  I've done 4 5ks and my best time yet is 32:45
