Subject: RE: Weather for the Map Race Yeah, if it's really cold then most everyone will take the extra time to dress in T1. At Pinehurst last year, it was 50 and drizzling and most everyone put on extra clothes. Of course, at a race you're never as cold as you would be otherwise so don't over-dress.
The last time I raced MAP it was 49 degrees at race time. I put on arm warmers in t1 and I was fine for the rest of the race (temperature-wise, anyway ).
I'm hoping for a 50+ degree morning since they moved the race so early in march. But it could be 30 or 60 -- just don't let it rain. |
