Comments:

I had a good run. I had considered canceling this race due to a knee injury I had back in September but decided to stick it out. I was pleased by my time and didn't have any problems with my knee during the race. The adjustments I made to my training really helped prepare for this race. This was a great run to end out my season!
What would you do differently?:

Nothing! Everything went as planned.
Post race
Warm down:

Walking for about 5 minutes followed by stretching.
Great massage post race!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was pleased with my time. I expect to turn in faster run times next season when I am completely recovered from my knee injury. Nothing to complain about.

Event comments:

This was a great race! I will definately do this one again! Whiterock is well organized and has great post race events.

Great race..

This was the first year I didn't run the half or full so i got to be a spectator at a couple of different spots which was a blast.

Do you know why some people had their names on their bibs and others didn't. Three friends of mine all were surprised to find they had their names on the race bib, and they were late registers for the race. Also did that big 90 degree turn right at the end seem a weird way to end the race. It got narrow there at the end then boom a big left hand turn.. it seem to take people by surprise
