Just a some wheat Toast with honey and stayed relaxed with co-workers.

LVMP ran a warmup session with stretching and some basic warmups.

Comments:

I'm pretty happy overall with my run performance on this day. For just getting back in training two months ago, I feel confident as long as I keep going at this pace.

What would you do differently?:

Not much. Just keep getting in shape, and maybe doing more running drills so that I can gain speed.

Walked around and drank water.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Being in shape and my body mass.

Event comments:

The only water station was at the half point, so made it hard to set a pace for yourself.
