Anyone doing one 0 one triathlon????

I am excited to give this distance a go - especially since the swim start for Halifax is going to be less than 10km from my house

I'm currently waiting to sign up (our dollar has to go back up soon I hope) but will definitely be doing the race!

It looks like a cool distance. Maybe next year if I don't do an IM.

I'm considering the Woodlands, but I won't make a decision until late summer.

I'm planning on doing the one in Halifax. I wonder if I need to register soon to make sure I have a spot..

I doubt that you will have to register right away - I am currently watching the signup list and if it starts to fill up I'll sign up but there's only 35 or so registered right now (plus 300 slots for sponsors) out of 1500. I don't expect that this race will fill up this year so basically I'm following the strength of the dollar to decide when to register.
