Anyone else doing Umstead Trail Marathon?

I'm doing it as a long run in preparation for the Nashville marathon in April.  I'll do Umstead slowly and leave myself the option of dropping out at 20 miles.

I had planned on running it slowly as well with a friend who's time last year was right around 5:30, but I think she may be backing out. If she does, maybe i'll run it with you as a long run day while training for the White Lake Half

I'd be happy to.  I've got a friend who will be meeting me somewhere on the trail to run 15-20 miles.  We'll be running around 9-minute miles.
