Orange County Tri members?

I met a girl at Pac Shoreline start that was a member, she was asking me about LA tri, cuz of my hat.  She said OC tri club just raised their dues to $65, form like $35.  When she asked what they were going to get in addition for the new rate, she was basically told that with the price of racing, it's not out of line.  She said she wasn't too happy with the club anymore.

I just checked, LA is $70 for new and $60 renewal (cheaper on a multi year basis), but you get a lot of tri club schwag, lots of organized workouts, etc.

I know rsqdvr here was an OC tri club member, don't know if he's still active.
