Comments:

Great race for me. My goal was to try and keep a steady pace of 9 min per mile. first mile was 8:45 and I tried to slow down but didn't do very well at that. I felt so good that I picked up the pace at mile 3 and passed a bunch of people the last mile.

Ended up beating my goal time by a lot. Had a great finish passing 3 other men in the last 1/4 mile even though I felt like puking, which has never happened to me before.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing.
Post race
Warm down:

Walk around, eat bagels, drink OJ.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Training. I haven't been running much, only 2 times a week.

Way to go beating your goal time, and byt quite a but. A 22 second per mile improvement is a lot of time to peel off. I love going unexpectedly faster than anticipated.

Great job.

Glad you didn't puke

I think your best races are when you aren't expecting to do well.

You were great!  I wasn't expecting to see you at the finish line so soon!  That was really an amazing time for a 10K.
