am i missing something from the ebay Cervelo P3 sale

am i missing something. this seems like a too good of a deal to be true if you can still afford it. i was looking on ebay and it had a Cervelo P3 for sale. from the description it seems to be fully equipped and not just the frame set. maybe i am just too tired and can't read?

anyway, it didn't state the size so i emailed the guy to find out about what size he has available. his response is as follows:

my question is, is this too good of a deal to be true? cervelo says that the p3 dura ace goes for $3600 and the frame set goes for $2199.

what do you guys think?
