Comments:

Hard to pace myself on such a hilly course, but I think I did pretty well. I was passing people from about .5 miles on. I passed a fast 16yo girl with .75 to go, and she drafted on me for half a mile of windy hilly road. I heard her trying to pick it up in the end, and pressed to come in 3 seconds ahead of her, probably better than I would have done without her.
What would you do differently?:

I feel pretty good about this one.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I haven't done any fast work--I'm hoping that some vo2max work will give me some basic speed.

Where was the festival?  Out by Inside-Out Sports?
