Does anyone know a cheap place to buy Gels and stuff like that in Raleigh, NC?

Nooo! Evil empire is where I feel guilty about shopping because they have horrible labor and business practices, but said practices allow them to offer gels at $1 apiece. Think, "The High Cost of Low Prices." Sorry if anyone here is an executive there.

I guess it depends on what you are really looking for:  gels or cheap gels. 

 Inside Out in Cary.  Buy the larger bottle and a gel flask.  Much more economical than buying the individual packets.  Also, much easier to deal with on the bike/run.  (remember, littering is a violation of the rules )

in what section do you find them at in target, I couldn't find any at my local one.

I use eGel, so I buy it online.

Mmmm, eGel woks so good--not so much b/c it tastes so good but b/c my body uses it well and it has TONS of salt which is important to me when training in the HOT NC summer!
