Hopefully running later today, though if it's too hot, I'll probably spin for an hour or so.
I'm off to the farmer's market to buy some fresh, organic, yummyness...

I have to go to work today. Picture SERIOUS grumbling here in the corn fields

But, yoga is already done for the morning and I'll swim after work. I really ought to do some weight work as well, but I have a feeling that I'll be too tired.

Good luck to all racers.

I woke up at 6:30 this morning to the sound of thunder/lightning, and the soft patter or rain on the roof. As I lay there I knew this was no good for some reason, but I couldn't quite figure out why. Then it hit me. I left the top down on my car.........I ran out to the driveway and found puddles in my seats. Its gonna be soggy driving today

Short swim and easy run as I am resting my "runner's knee". Anyone had this? Please advise what I can do as I have rested it for a week, ice it everday, and started stretching even more. What else can I do?

Thanks,
Tony

I'm registered for that race but unable to compete due to two broken ribs and a lacerated spleen. A real downer, 'cause I'm out for the season...no marathon either this year.

But I wish you and the other tri'er's the best of luck. Swim smooth, bike quick, run hard, finish strong. I wish I was there with you.

Open water practice swim and then bubblewatch my diving buddies to return the favor. Picked up the bike after having the LBS give it a once over. I love my LBS!!! This is my first real road bike and I'm sure I'm driving them crazy It turns out that the aluminum can with wheels is not as dainty as I thought it would be - double

What a day. I had the PTC tri this morning (which was great), Then went to the lake with the kids, while we were there the water kept calling me and so I swam a mile. Then played at the lake with the children. I came home this evening and worked in the yard for a while.

I am beat.
