Comments: My legs felt a bit sore from my bike yesterday. Mostly my left achillis. But, I pushed thruogh and being that this was my very first 10 K, I was pleased with the results. What would you do differently?: Train more for longer distances Post race
Warm down: walked around and talked to some of my customers, had a few waters to rehydrate. there were not enough stations during the race. AHd a banana and oranges and a half of bagel What limited your ability to perform faster: No training for this legnth Event comments: there were not enough drink stations, and the start was not organized well at all. Got up, drove to site and met up with some others from my tri-training group
walked around...no real warmup. This was sponosred by a comapny that frequents my restaurant, so I saw ALOt fo my customers. I think they were excited that I was supporting their event
