Goggles fogged up bad, had to stop for moment to clear them on back stretch, nopt bad overall though. out of water at 10min, only 2 min run through sand, that is where I caught a lot of people

I know how to T1 under 1 minute, but I need to get use to having shoes attached to bike, not running out of T1 with them on

I heard a lot of people who thought the waves were bad, but I thought the conditions were the best yet.  No wind on the ride and overcast to keep it cool.
