Pre-race routine:

Race was only 10 min from my house. Stretched, but mainly tried to stay warm.
Event warmup:

Tried to stay warm and tried to avoid Bathrooms....man what do those 1/2 Mary guys eat for breakfast?? PHEWWW. Bumped into Mike (mscotthall) who was running 1/2 and met up with Dan (Big Dan) at start line

Did a much better job of pacing and will get to know my body better and better with each event.
What would you do differently?:

Try to train outside more, but it's hard with child care.

Fat Red Bike!! Lack of outdoor training. Still getting my lungs (quit smoking 6 mos ago).
