Wake PM, leave 9AM - running late had to go back home 2x forgot chip and toe wrap, very scattered. Barely made it on time

Not enough grade/interval training, no kick at end no power on hills

Event comments:

A little diappointed w/ time but considering I races a 5miler at 52 four months ago I should be happy w/ progression. Need to get to 48 pace by July, need to pick it up.
