Comments:

As in the course comments, the grade of all the roads we took really took its toll on my coming off injury knees. It bothered me pretty well and I spent most of the race trying to find the most even part of the road. I knew this race was going to be a bit difficult for me after the 3 weeks off with the tendonitis in the knee, but the sloping roads didnt help! its ok, i made it through, and I'll take my time. It was 2:12 on my Garmin, and 13.25 miles. So about 10 min pace. My chip time was 2:15, but I had stopped my Garmin while waiting for one of my running partners to find a bathroom halfway through the race. Overall it was a good race and I enjoyed it

What would you do differently?:

Keep the knees healthy!!!
