Biomechanics are one of most overlooked aspect of training for a triathlon and are a common cause of injury. Learn correct biomechanics in swimming, biking and running before doing your first triathlon of the season. Get a coached led drills and workouts in all three disciplines with emphasis in injury prevention and a biomechanics analysis. Great for any ability level triathlete. All proceeds go to benefit the ALS Foundation and Team Blazeman fund.
What you will get from this clinic:
· DVD of your underwater swimming and analysis of your current freestyle
· Bike assessment of your current position on your bike
· Analyzed wattage performance test on your bike
· Gait analysis on your run

Swim: Saturday, April 21 – 8 am to 10:30 am @ Samena Swim and Recreation Club
Bike: Saturday, April 28 – 8 am to 10:30 am @ Eastside Multisport
Run: Saturday, May 5 – 8 am to 10:30 am @ Montaland McGrath Chiropractic Center
