hit ropes under turns. Breathing was calm, good swim, didn't push.
What would you do differently?:

hit turns better, pushed it harder

Shirt stuck inside out and took time to get on, had difficulty getting into clips & fell once, missed clips 3 times. clips slippery
What would you do differently?:

practice clip entry more, get shirt to wear doring swim

lost time in the start due to falling and the clips, lost time on turn, offroaded. Was concerned about slipping in corners, which slowed the training.
What would you do differently?:

got in clips more effectively, take wider lines on corners, but it was difficult due to oncoming bikers.

stopped pedaling well before the line. Clips out early, racking bike in Stinger racks took me a couple of times. Rolled out well

take a second more on the racking, probably cost 15 seconds re-racking

shoes heavy & wet. course seemed short, hills were tough, finished strong, took a slow approach to the run due to the calf, but didn't feel any pain.

Nice job! I thought the run felt short, also, I don't think it was quite 5k. Those hills hurt, though. Got lucky that it didn't rain on me during the bike, just the run.
