Had a seeded start, which was nice. Started in Group B.

Comments:

It was warmer than I thought and I was wearing a long sleeve T with Under Armour underneath. Not good. I started overheating so I slowed down as I neared the halfway mark. Hit the water stations, or should I say Gatorade stations, found some water and downed a glass and dumped one on my head. Only one water station when I thought there were two. That sucked.

What would you do differently?:

NOT wear long sleeves. More hydration.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I overheated twice forcing me to slow down. Not good.

Event comments:

Good race. need more water stations next year. Everybody was complaining.
