You running in the middle of the night?

22-miler here, starting in a few minutes. That's run, not bike ride.

Beautiful 40km cycle this morning in glorious sunshine through the local villages! Thought that was a reasonable distance until I saw what's already been described as short LOL!

Nice pic, bear!

Well, I was supposed to run 5.5 miles today but, since I hit the hills for 3 Fri and rode 37 yesterday, I think I'll do the easy 3 I usually do Monday today and the 5.5 tomorrow.

Cheers,
Rob

My training is all messed up due to my work schedule and the holiday weekend. So, I'm just going to do whatever I want and get back on track on Tuesday. So, I might get out on my bike, if the allergy situation isn't too bad. it doesn't seem too bad at the moment. But if I get out there and start to wheeze, I'll come home and do some circuit training.

TriMom217 should be showing up any minute to go on a bike ride.  I think we'll go climb the "Alp d'Huez" of central Massachusetts!

Greetings all!!!

No babysitter today, so I'll brick on the machines. 45 min on the trainer followed by 30 min on the tready....mmmm....I'm almost hoping it will rain today so that I don't get bummed about having to train inside on a sunny day!!! Oh well...maybe I'll drag the weights outside and do some strength training while the girl child plays in the yard...heck why not drag the trainer outside too.... I get the best brain storms at this computer...

Have a great day all....

Bear, you're an animal (great pic by the way.) I'm not sure on your time zone, were you starting at 4:30 or 5:30? TOO EARLY for me.

The night runs tend to work better for me. I live by a school stadium, they gave me keys, and encourage "patrols" of it.

Had planned to do a 15-20 mile bike ride this morning, but am inside sitting out Hurricane Frances here in Sarasota. Did manage to get in a 5K run last night, finishing just as the rains started.

Did 1.23 mile in pool. Considering I just learned how to swim freestyle in July, I was happy I could make this far without dying. The bad news is that it took me 54 minutes. Had I died I may have been able to float a little faster.
