May 12 Mountain Ranger Run, Duathlon, and Mountain Bike Race

On May 12th the US Army Rangers will sponsor the Mountain Ranger Run, Duathlon, Mountain Bike race in conjunction with it's an Annual Open House Event at Camp Frank D. Merrill, in Dahlonega Ga.
Several race options exist from 1 mile fun run, 5K race, and 15K race, to a 34K Mountain Bike Race (Non-technical), as well as a challanging Mountain Duathlon (3 Mile Run 34K Mountain Bike, 2 Mile Run). The races are part of the Run and See Ga Series. After the race the Rangers put on a series of impressive Demonstrations for the public. It's a great event!
I know there are several race events going on this weekend but if you want to compete in a great race, in a beautiful setting, and see our Nations Greatest Warriors you should check it out. I'll be there!
