Better breathing.

Pushed too hard on the ride. Seat moved back before the big hill...started developing soreness in lower back afterwards.
What would you do differently?:

Make sure seat is tight and all the way forward. Switch to clip-on pedals and shoes.

Train harder for the run.

Cold weather and short legs. Need to strenghthen legs more.

This is a good warm-up race for the season. Just wish that it was a little warmer.
