Cool new stuff from Set-Up... White Lake in the fall

Setup Events will be going back to White Lake each year in the fall beginning this year with two new races.

1) September 8th (Sat): Setup Time Trial Challenge
2) September 9th (Sun): Dash for Divas Womens Triathlon

Setup Time Trial Challenge:
This is a first-of-its-kind (that we know of).
Participants will bike 14 miles, swim 750 meters, and run a 5K but each leg will be done completely fresh, with about an hours rest between each.
Competitors will combine their three times to determine the Setup Time Trial Challenge winners (Overall and age groups).
Each leg will be a time trial start (15 intervals just like pool swims).
Bike leg will start from a start house ala Tour De France.

Dash for Divas Sprint Triathlon:
A WOMENS ONLY race, the Dash for Divas course will be identical to the White Lake Sprint Triathlon course held in May.

NOTE: These races are NOT part of the NCTS so the race information for these is located in the Other events section of our website (gray section).

Registration:
Online registration begins this coming Monday (5/21) for the Time Trial Challenge, and Tuesday, May 22nd for the Dash for Divas.
