Hey guys,

I came across this link and thought that it might be useful to everyone ....it gives the temps & bacteria count, etc. of all the lakes in the area!

Lynne-Thats too bad you kind find a wetsuit! I think you are right, its because of the Issaquah Tri. I think I am still going to go anyway, if anyone else wants to join me, because I need to do a practice that day. I think I can go the following Sat too (the 9th). and who knows, maybe Ill get in this weekend!
Thanks AquaSwim for the link, thats really cool. I looked at last years measurements and it looks like it will be around 62-64 for most of June but jumps up to 70's for July.

Yes, of course you guys can still swim! LOL. Sorry I realised what I typed didn't sound good. Sorry. My plan was to try the wetsuit out. I don't see any races for the 9th so finding a suit shouldn't be a problem. I was so looking forward to it too.

I would definately be up for going on the 9th! I'll be the crazy one that is out there in a speedo instead of a wetsuit...Just pray for warm weather!!

I might be out of town that weekend but it sounds like there will be enough people out there to make a nice group. Maybe next time?

It actually wasn't too bad! There were pockets of cold but it was bearable! There were a few people with wetsuits on but 5 of us had just swimsuits on. I really enjoyed it! Can't see your hand in front of your face however. hahaha.

darn, I missed meeting all of you- but I was busy having a good time at the Police concert so it wasnt like i didnt have a good time. Are you still planning on swimming this weekend? its suppposed to be stormy on Saturday. I checked water temperatures and Seward Park has dropped significantly. My brother-in-law wants me to swim with him at Madison Park on Sat at 7:15am! Im considering it, it should be warmer than Seward. Whats the plan?

Ahhh! I was wondering what happened to you. It's too bad there weren't enough wetsuits. I guess Speedy Reedy rented out a bunch for this weekend so they were only able to bring 20 to the clinic.
