Expert 623 Issaquah, WA, | Subject: RE: Lake swims anyone? Yes. It is $5 to do the Emerald City Team workouts. I think the first few are free though. The weather hopefully will warm up soon. Even if you don't have a wetsuit to try on June 21st you should still come out to Seward for a mini tri we are having. It will be good practice before 5 mile Lake Women's. |

I am going to be out of town so I won't be there unfortunately. For those of you who are doing Seafair or need some extra OW practice I urge you to go to this workout! Don't miss it!!! |

Almost died in the water whe asthma kicked in but made it through that and the rest was cake!!! Keep going for it!! I will keep checking this thread. |
