Thanks alot. it was my first, and I have since caught the bug bad. signed up for 2 olympic distance tris at the end of the summer. now it's time to pick up the swim training or i'll drown.

Thanks! I just got a new bike with aerobars yesterday so I am just trying to get down on them without falling off for now. we'll worry about olys next
