Pre-race routine:

Woke up, got outta bed, dragged a comb across my head (not really, had head shaved this week). 2 cups coffee and a banana. Rich and Moose came over, we loaded up, and off we went.
Event warmup:

None really, just got checked in, Bill Hannah from Circle City was the bike tech on site this morning. He's the guy I bought my Fuji from... I had a chain link on the new chain sticking, so he helped to fix that. Set tire pressures and was all done...

Comments:

Slower effort, riding with Moose and Rich, but lots of fun, and lots of good food. Ride and SAG stops put on by music group, and we got a great female barbour shop quartet seranade of Bicycle Built for Two at the Red Bridge SAG. This was a class act ride, with class act staff, and great food, and nice schwag - the t-shirts are great.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, had lots of fun!
Post race
Warm down:

None, aside from the lunch

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Just hanging out with friends, this was defiently not race pace, and was not meant to be.

Event comments:

Class act ride by a class act group!

Here's a .mov (quicktime) file of the Quartet singing at the first SAG. The cookies were fantastic!
