Comments:

Much better than last time. Actually passed some people and kept face in the water. My form broke down several times and I let my HR and breathing climb more than I should have.
What would you do differently?:

Still need to work on calming down and stroking correctly.
Transition 1
  • 01m 37s
Comments:

No problem transition. I did run from the water to the bike and out this time.
What would you do differently?:

Work on getting it faster.
Bike
  • 40m 28s
  • 20.92 kms
  • 31.02 km/hr
Comments:

Good ride on my bike for the first time. I did ok I think. I've been ill so I had some issues with breathing.
What would you do differently?:

Work on endurance and base
Transition 2
  • 01m 6s
Comments:

Into shoes without socks and moving.
Run
  • 18m 57s
  • 3.22 kms
  • 05m 53s  min/km
Comments:

The bronchitis kicked in when trying to run. On the bike, I could deal. On the run, my right side started cramping up and not in the normal running cramp type of way. Earlier in the week I pulled a muscle from coughing on that side and it acted up. Thought i'd puke or stop, but kept hammering.
What would you do differently?:

Other than get well...
