Subject: The Tri-Fuel Bomb

The Tri-Fuel Bomb

INGREDIENTS:

(2PKG)-Egg Noodles  (4)-Chicken Breasts  (2lg)-White Onions 

(1bunch)-Green onions  (2)-Limes  (4Tbsp)-Red or Green Curry Paste

(2cans)-Chicken Stock  (2cans)-Coconut milk  (2inch)-Ginger Root

(4cloves)-Garlic

1)  Cut white onions into onion rings.

2)  Diagonally slice green onions.

3)  Grate the ginger and mince the garlic.

4)  Cook all above on WOK for ~5 minutes

 

5)  Dice Chicken and put in WOK with the onions and above spices.

6)  Add Curry paste.  Cook and mix till chicken is done.

7)  When chicken is done, add coconut milk and chicken broth, bring to boil.

8)  Once boil, turn heat to a simmer, add noodles, stir.  Let cook for 10min.  (Add more chicken broth or coconut milk if too thick.)

9)  Cut limes and squeeze all of the juice out into the Tri-Fuel BOMB.  Mix and feast!

~$13.00, lasts (me) one week of lunches.  Thrifty yet very tasty and nutritious.
