Gold member | Subject: The Tri-Fuel Bomb The Tri-Fuel Bomb | INGREDIENTS: (2PKG)-Egg Noodles (4)-Chicken Breasts (2lg)-White Onions (1bunch)-Green onions (2)-Limes (4Tbsp)-Red or Green Curry Paste (2cans)-Chicken Stock (2cans)-Coconut milk (2inch)-Ginger Root (4cloves)-Garlic | | 1) Cut white onions into onion rings. 2) Diagonally slice green onions. 3) Grate the ginger and mince the garlic. 4) Cook all above on WOK for ~5 minutes | | 5) Dice Chicken and put in WOK with the onions and above spices. 6) Add Curry paste. Cook and mix till chicken is done. | | 7) When chicken is done, add coconut milk and chicken broth, bring to boil. 8) Once boil, turn heat to a simmer, add noodles, stir. Let cook for 10min. (Add more chicken broth or coconut milk if too thick.) 9) Cut limes and squeeze all of the juice out into the Tri-Fuel BOMB. Mix and feast! ~$13.00, lasts (me) one week of lunches.
