Comments: Felt good. concentrated on foot placement technique - worked because my calves were sore a little lower than usual. What would you do differently?: Hydrate more before the race. Post race

Very cold - ate meal replacement bar while driving to the race. Sat in the car after registration to stay warm.
Minimal stretching and jumpin in place to stay warm once out of the car.
