New Race (kids too) in the Houston Area

On August 26 we are hosting a mini-sprint triathlon in Spring, TX (North of Houston). The proceeds from the race will go to cancer research and to support families who are currently fighting cancer. My wife, 38, has stage IV non-curable stomach cancer. None of her treatments are working. We have kids 11, 9, and 7. This is a way we can help others in our situation while incorporating this crazy sport that has become a way of life for all of us.

The adult race is a 200 yd pool swim, 6 mile bike ride, and 2 mile run. The kid's race is a 100 yd pool swim, a 3 mile bike ride, and a 1 mile run.
