Comments: I did not train at all for this race. The last time I ran was at the Cherry Creek Sneak. I didn't train for that one either. I think there is a bad trend going on here! In spite of that, I felt pretty good on the run. I have been working out regularly at the gym doing kick boxing which has kept me fit. My legs and cardio are in great shape as a result. Today I have slightly sore quads but other than a nagging cold I feel fine. Oddly enough, I felt better than I've ever felt running this race. I am in the best shape ever and feel great! What would you do differently?: Train for the race. Post race
Warm down: Nothing really. What limited your ability to perform faster: I had a cold. Event comments: This race has been around forever and they do a wonderful job with water stations, entertainment along the way and volunteers. Last updated: 2007-05-29 12:00 AM

I woke up with a head cold. Got dressed and headed up to Boulder with my husband at 5:00 AM
Walked about 1.5 miles from the car to the start line. Did some stretching and waited for the gun to go off.
