Has anyone ever tried to use one of those belts that let's you "run" in the water? I am spend a lot time in hotels with short pools and was curious if they were any good?

Also, is there anything like a teather that I can use to swim in a short hotel pool? too many turns will make me crazy.

Thanks!

You'll lose your glide with these tethers, so I prever if they can be attached upwards at an angle (as opposed to the edge of the pool)... otherwise your hips/legs sink. If attached at an upward angle, the pull lifts you up instead of just back.
