Comments: I tried to run harder but wouldn't have been able to hold it much longer. I was trying to rev it up at teh 4 mile marker, but two hills there just made my legs burn - I know it was from bike ride prior - and I just tried to maintain. What would you do differently?: Maybe take the day before off. Post race
Warm down: Cooled off, stretched out, and went home! What limited your ability to perform faster: Myself. I was a bit sore from day before. I was faster than ever, though. Last updated: 2007-03-03 12:00 AM

Woke up, had breakfast, coffee. Has an awful allergy day Friday, and nnot much sleep. Also did a two hour ride on Friday, took a littl ebit more out of me than I would have liked.
7-8 minute run, with some sprints. Stretch
