well I completed my "SECOND" triathlon in 1:13 mins according to the scoring when i came under it. may have actually been a little longer since i was on second wave, or a little less...will post up results as soon as I find actual numbers...
swim was hard but this time it was smooth as silk...(the water) still open salt water though (bay) and i swam the whole thing this time...still NOT my strong point...bike went ok....over all time was decent I think, then the run....was drained again from the swim...but this time the 3rd wave didnt pass me (Not even one of em) and i was NOT the last guy out of the water!

thanks Ya'll! Yep just started running in Jan. I feel pretty good about myself at this point...Now to get my weight down farther, and pick up more speed and more effientcy in the swim!

I did sooo much better with this swim, although I still was NOT prepared for the swim..."if you want to know what kind of shape your in" try swimming non stop and see how far you can go, that is the true test of your endurance....." ben harper

the bike was more difficult because the swim took so much out of me...and of course the run.
Over all I rank this triathlon a "10". I really enjoyed it....and hopefully I can do it again next year...
