Comments: Sucked! OWS skills seriously lacking. What would you do differently?: Practice OWS technique.  Transition 1
Comments: What the hell? Couldn't buy my way out of T1. Helmet pieces popped off twice. Just too long in transition. What would you do differently?: Pull my head out of my butt.  Bike
Comments: Loved the bike portion. Chip-and-seal pavement was a bit rough. What would you do differently?: Pedal faster, go faster. :-) Transition 2
Comments: Nothing notable. Took time to put socks on for longer run What would you do differently?: Practice feet out pedalling pre-transition?  Run
Comments: It was apparent who trains on hills and who doesn't. Probably was running low on calories by the run. What would you do differently?: Consume calories prior to run. Post race
Warm down: Shower tent, McAllisters food, water, and gatorade What limited your ability to perform faster: OWS ability/practice, mid-race fuel, heat. Event comments: Need longer bike and shorter swim! Lake Murray was perfect to me. Last updated: 2007-06-10 12:00 AM

You almost caught me (thank God for the chop) and now you've got me considering and aero helmet $$ and light-weight bike $$$$.
