I am bummed, but have to miss this.  I could really use the swim practice, but I'll be off to Duluth for the half-marathon.  Have fun!

yeah, I was thinking about biking both the run and bike route. I plan on leaving the TC at 6:45 to make sure i got there on time and was readyt at 8:00 SHARP like the flyer says. Do you want to pick a spot to meet, or way to say hello?

I am not sure if I will bike and run since I just realized that this is Father's Day. I will bring my bike along since it is the area where I could still log some more hours.

Well I started it but I can nto bike tommorw. I got in a car accident and have no car, I begged up a ride with one of the channel swimmers so I can get my OWS in but no bike ride. Sorry O brought it up. If you are swimming tommrow come say hello, I will be the black chick in a red swim suit. BGT

Quiana-It was nice to meet you today at Lake George. I really didn't get much of an opportunity to talk with you but I'm glad you were able to find a ride and make it. I biked the course and it was quite flat. Have a great last two weeks of training.

All - I am meeting a friend on Saturday at Lake George for a bike ride and swim after.  We're going to do the bike route twice.  So, if you want to join us we're meeting there at 1:30. 

Hey I would be game if I can hitch a ride. I may have a car by Sunday but in case I do not can anyone pick me up? I live in the heart of the city- Hiwatha and Lake. I will even pay for gas.

Sorry Quiana, I can't help you out this time.  I am running up there in between various other events that day, so I wouldn't have time to get you.  Hopefully something else will work out for you.

Want to do something this weekend for training? I need the open water practice, and my roommate needs the biking practice (and the swimming). My rack holds two, so I can see what we can swing for a ride if you are up for it!

Not in Oak Grove....in Minneapolis. It's Pride weekend, and Pride parades are a lot of fun to watch.

Oak grove will be fine, she is right, Minneapolis will be a zoo. My thought, yeah it is pride and yes I am queer but where where will the queer community be when I cross that finish line? Not cheering my on!!! So I am going to focus on training.
Okay, Friday I will go to an event and I will go to the parade (maybe) but training comes first.
What time is the ride on Sunday?
