first laps I thought I was going to die due to acid burn- no shin splints but the acid was raging every where in my body, mostly the back of my arms. The second lap the dookie monster attacked me and I was running to get to the bathroom not to set a time. BUT the acid broke down and I was better.
Okay afterward I got a good job and photo with a local new caster who I have been watching since I was a child, it was geek out moment.

I would run more, you only become a better runner by running. The month of May I put in less than 10 miles, so I would add more running into my training . I am also hoping to drop time bt the end of the Summer,we shall see.
