Subject: Sluggish I'm feeling sluggish this week, just like I did toward the end of last week. After work, I feel tired to work out. Before work, I can't get up to work out. Even my bike workout (my strongest discipline ) last Saturday was weaker then usual. I signed up for my second sprint-tri on July 22 but would like to sign up for two more before then (6/23 and 7/15 ). So I hope I can rebound from this soon.
I'm sure I'm not the first one to hit a rut like this, am I? How did you deal with it? |
