What would you do differently?: Need to relax and focus on rotating and sight navigation. Lift my head way to much. Transition 1

Comments: HORRIFIC RUN. MAJOR STOMACH CRAMPING FROM NOT PROPERLY HYDRATING WITH CYTOMAX. HAD 20 OZ. ONE HOUR BEFORE THE RACE. STOMACH HURT ON BIKE RIDE ONLY COULD SIP A LITTLE. STOMACH HURT SO BAD I COULD BARELY RUN. THIS COST ME THE BRONZE MEDAL. What would you do differently?: Neet to cut back and quick hydrating so much before the race. I get air and water in the stomach during the swim; too much Cytomax in the stomach, I didn't need to have that much fluid in my during the swim and into the bike. IT WAS A STUPID MISTAKE! Need to follow the recommended application rate and bring my the measuring spoon next time instead of guessing! Post race
