Comments: big focus was on the mental race for me - i am now comfortable in my wet suit - could have pushed myself more but didn't want to chance it- was a little hampered at first - seemed to have lost the warm up. did side stroke around first buoy, then alternated back and crawl but couldn't do the bi-lateral breathing What would you do differently?: nothing really, just because i could have gone faster in retrospect doesn't mean that i really could have Transition 1

What would you do differently?: push it a little more next time - but have to get more comfortable on hills and using tri bars Transition 2
Comments: couldn't find my bike and then couldn't get it racked, ugh Run
Comments: was sick to my stomach, something bloated me within 200 metres of T2, sigh, very uncomfortable and painful run Post race

afternoon race, ate bread, hummus and cheese for lunch with carrot sticks - lots of hydration
did some bobbing around, swam out to the first buoy and back - felt well warmed up
