Subject: Interval Training Equipment
Does anyone know of a decent Timex\Polar or any other make of watch which allows you to set up intervals training times on ... many thanks in advance for any replies ....

Garmin's forerunner lets you choose from a variety of pre-programmed workouts, including intervals, or customize your own. These programs have alarms that tell you when you're outside the prescribed range, either by heart rate or pace. Can be set up on the run or the bike as well.
