I looked around and didn't see them, so could you guys please add: hang power cleans, hang cleans, cleans, power snatch, and snatch? Thanks.

That's a great question. If I had to choose I'd say shoulders, I guess.

I'm not married to the idea though, back or core would also be great answers.

Hang Power Clean, Hang Cleans, Power Cleans, Cleans, Clean and Press, Power Snatch and Snatch are under shoulders currently.

-I researched this mostly on bodybuilding.com.  Although any of the pure Cleans not involving presses, I would almost think they would fall under Traps, maybe legs.

CriticalBench.com seems to want to put the 'Hang Cleans' under 'Legs'

If you find a definitive source for all these variations to the clean and snatch exercises, let me know and we can move them to different muscle groups.

You could create a whole new category for "Power Lifts" or something similar. Most of those work multiple muscle groups and don't fit into any specific category.
