Heads up.  Today is the last day to register at a lower fee.  The fee goes up tomorrow.  Also, Lifetime Fitness members recieve a $10 discount.

I'm registered!  Snuck mine in Friday night.  See ya there... haven't looked into hotels and such... any suggestions close to the race site?  Looks like the host hotel is the Hilton Anatole.

The race site is very spread out, two transitions.

I would stay at the Anatole if you can swing it. Shuttles to and from everywhere all day on race day. You don't want to stay out in Grand Prairie then have to get a ride back out there from downtown DFW the day of the race.

I think I'm just going down there the morning of the race and catching a ride on a shuttle.

Anyone else using the free training plan for signing up for for the US Open Tri? It's on Active.com.

It gives pretty good details. The only drawback so far is I log a work out there and here.
